EMUNAH has been awarded the 1992 Speaker of the Knesset's Quality of Life Award, in recognition of the outstanding work being done day in and day out by EMUNAH volunteers in Israel. The government of Israel recognizes EMUNAH as an official agency for absorption.
EMUNAH, the largest religious Zionist women's organization in Israel, supports 255 projects. It has been in existence for over 55 years and has a membership in Israel of 100,000.

EMUNAH ulpanim, continuing Jewish studies programs and outreach seminars bridge the gap for tens of thousands of Soviet and Ethiopian immigrants, acclimating them to Israeli society while teaching them about their Jewish heritage and traditions.
EMUNAH is helping these immigrants through the early traumatric days of resettlement. We are absorbing olim in special programs in all our educational and social service facilities. EMUNAH is involved in all life cycle events -- brit milah, bar mitzvot, hachnasat kallah (weddings).
