The Young Israel wishes you a Mazal Tov on your simcha and is very happy to share your simcha with our members.  Please fill in the form below and make your pledge at the bottom of the form.  Please note that the minimum contribution to be included in the Simcha Fund Announcements is $36.

Note: The full text of your Simcha submission will be shared in both the emailed and printed versions of the weekly Shabbos announcements.  An abbreviated version including the names of the immediate family members will be read aloud when the announcement is made in shul.
